Due to the current precautions being taken over the next several weeks TAG has decided to provide some ideas for crafts/art/activities at home. These will be in line with the planned scheduled activities that have been postponed.
Today we were to have our Story and Art at the Temiskaming Art Gallery. This event is in partnership with the Early ON and is intended for little ones 0 to 6 years of age. We meet every third Monday of the month to practice looking at art, telling stories through art and creating art ourselves! On this note I have selected a few crafts that you could do with your little ones at home. The first link is for a set of play binoculars. These are great for ‘I Spy’ games, bird watching, fort play and more! The second link has some egg carton projects including ladybugs, bumblebees and snails to name a few. You can paint these with your little ones and scatter them around the garden for an exciting game of ‘Hide and Seek’ , use your binoculars and make it even more fun.
