Art in the Park Coordinator

Contract position runs from July 4 to August 29. It is a 35 hour work week including occasional evening and weekend work.

Salary: $16.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Help with set-up, take down and running of weekly festival

Assist with setup, take down, and running of family art activities
Create, administer, and report on feedback surveys and keep records of attendance
Assist Executive Director with reports for funding sources for the festival

Skills Required:

Bilingualism preferred

Qualifications and Experience:

Prior related and relevant experience is considered an asset
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written abilities) to work well as a team member
Attention to detail and accuracy in work performed, as well as the ability to complete tasks safely within assigned time frames
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Computer proficiency and design experience an asset
