Biographies > Bonnie Adams (formerly Seigal)
Bonnie Anne Seigel is a potter and physiotherapist. She also works in the media of photography, paint, drawing and sculpture and likes to do various arts and crafts projects. Her ceramic pieces in the TAG collection show a wide range of style – the contemplative simple lines of the boy reading compared with the plasticity of the clay vessel. She has been working in the health field and the art field, combining them in unique ways. She works with both children and adults as a teacher and physiotherapist.
She keeps herself busy outdoors by skiing, hiking and canoeing. Besides her Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy, she has taken college art courses at Canadore.
She has owned her own wholesale and retail clay jewellery manufacturing business called Woodland Spirit. Through her travels with her husband, Bonnie Anne has participated and volunteered in many arts community projects.
Being an artist in northern Ontario. The beauty, strength and rugged solitude here makes one reflect on nature, family and God with a respect that city folk may not be able to experience….
